With over 30 years of experience in the policing and security industry. I am a recognized security guard provider by Manitoba Justice. My goal is to provide a professional, inclusive, and interactive environment to ensure everyone has a positive productive learning experience.
Service
In Manitoba, all security guards must complete a mandatory security guard training course provided by an approved trainer. I offer the security guard training course as mandated by Manitoba Justice. The training course is a 40 hours followed by a provincial exam.
My training schedule is very flexible to meet your needs and I am able to travel to your community to provide the training.

Security guards must know how to recognize and deal with various emergency situations. Disasters can cause considerable damage to property and security guards need to know how to respond and prevent such situations.
Health and Safety
There are various Provincial and Federal legislation that require security guards and employees to work safely in their environments. A security guard must know what to look for and how to enforce and encourage a safe work environment.
